By using this website and enrolling in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Birthing by Nature offers Hypnobirthing classes, relaxation sessions, and body prep sessions to support parents in preparing for birth. Our services are educational and not intended to replace medical advice.

2. Tuition & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in group classes.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on or before the first class.

  • Pricing varies based on the service selected and will be displayed at the time of booking.

  • By enrolling, you agree to pay the full tuition for the selected service. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot.

  • No refunds will be issued after the first class.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Group Classes: No refunds will be issued after the first class.

  • 1:1 Sessions: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No Refunds for Digital Content or downloadable materials.

4. Missed Class Policy

  • If you miss a class, you’re welcome to schedule one free 30-minute makeup session on Zoom to go over key topics and guided techniques.

  • Additional makeup sessions may be available for a fee. Please contact us to discuss options.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided for educational purposes only.

  • We do not offer medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

  • By participating in our services, you acknowledge that birth experiences vary and that we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, website content, and resources are owned by Birthing by Nature.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
