Hi, I’m Marlene!

Your Hypnobirthing Doula

I’m a certified Hypnobirthing educator, mindset coach, Body Ready Method Pro, and doula-in-training. For nearly five years I’ve been helping mamas and their birth partners prepare for birth with calm and confidence — whether birthing at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center.

Besides the titles, I’m also a wife and mom who’s lived both sides of birth: the overwhelm of not having the right tools and the joy of feeling truly supported. My heart is in guiding mamas and their partners to feel confident and cared for, so they can look back on their birth with pride and joy.
