But before those amazing certificates, I'm a mom to two wonderfully free spirits and the lucky wife of a super supportive husband.
My story began over a decade ago when I was pregnant with my son. I had a somewhat 'storybook' idea of how his birth would unfold—walk into the hospital, give birth, go home the next day—easy, right? But life had other plans. His birth led to many interventions I hadn’t anticipated and resulted in an unexpected NICU stay for my sweet baby boy. That experience left me feeling disheartened and out of control, like I was swept up in a current without a paddle.
Fast forward to my daughter's birth, and Hypnobirthing came into my life like a gust of fresh, empowering air! Her birth was so magical—I felt deeply connected to her and my body as I gave birth to her. That experience ignited my passion for helping other families create more positive and empowering birth experiences. It inspired me to become a certified Hypnobirthing educator and start 'Birthing by Nature' to share this life-changing approach with families like yours.
My mission is to guide you toward a birth experience that feels calm, connected, and empowering, no matter the setting or how the journey unfolds. I believe that with the right tools and support, you can approach birth feeling confident and prepared.
