Pregnancy calls for different kinds of support—sometimes it’s learning what to expect, sometimes it’s caring for your body, and sometimes it’s just finding a moment to breathe. That’s why I’ve created three simple ways to help you prepare: Hypnobirthing childbirth classes, prenatal relaxation, and birth body prep sessions.

Each one is here to support you in your own way—as you get ready to meet your baby.

Group Hypnobirthing Series

Join us for a 4-week, in-person natural childbirth course in Simi Valley, CA that goes far beyond breathing techniques. In this small group setting, you’ll learn hands-on tools to relax your body, quiet your mind, and work with your body in birth—not against it. You’ll also get real, evidence-based birth education and leave feeling informed, supported, and confident—no matter where or how you give birth.

  • Each series includes:

    • 4 weekly classes (2.5 hours each)

    • A spot for you and your birth partner

    • Course Hub access one week before class (workbook + guided meditations)

    • Hypnobirthing: From Jitters to Joy workbook (PDF)

    • Guided meditations to practice at home

    • Breathing, movement, and comfort techniques

    • Practice with labor positions, partner support, and a birth rehearsal

    • Birth partner scripts + a labor-day cheat sheet

    • Real birth videos shown in class to help shift old narratives

    • Meaningful conversation, space for questions, and hands-on learning

    • A cozy space with snacks + drinks

    • Held in my cozy, private Zen Den in Simi Valley, CA, where I’ve created a special space for up to 3 couples.

This private natural childbirth course includes everything from the group series—just in a more personal setting. We’ll meet over four weeks and choose class times that work for both of us. The course is fully customizable to support your birth plan, your questions, and what you and your partner need most. You’ll get the same evidence-based education, proven tools, and ongoing support—just with more space and flexibility to make it your own.

Prenatal Relaxation Series

A space just for you, mama. This 4-week series blends simple Hypnobirthing-inspired tools with a guided meditation in every class to help release stress, ease tension, and quiet the mind and body. It’s not a full birth course—but it’s a calm, supportive space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself (and other mamas) as you prepare for birth.

1:1 Birth Body Prep

If you’re pregnant and feeling achy, out of balance, or unsure if your body’s truly ready for birth—this is for you. In this one-on-one Body Ready Method® session, we’ll take a close look at how your body is moving, where it might be holding tension, and how we can gently support your alignment and comfort. You’ll leave with personalized, easy-to-use movements to help you feel more at ease now—and more prepared for the big day (and beyond).

    • Personalized movement and body prep techniques
