Hope all is well with you and your family. I just wanted to say thank you so much for teaching me hypnobirthing! Thanks to you and those amazing relaxation techniques, I gave birth to my son without any pain medications on October 17th at 5:20 a.m.
My birth plan didn't go exactly to plan, but I felt informed and confident to discuss my options with my care providers at each change along the way. I also felt completely safe and in control of my body as I worked through my surges. Thanks to the progressive relaxation exercises, breathing exercises, and visualizations you taught me, I was able to cope and remain relaxed. So much so that the nurses and midwives were amazed with how quickly I was making progress for a first time mom!
I'm so grateful I was able to have such a positive birth experience.
