Amber took my in-person Hypnobirthing: From Jitters to Joy class in February and shared her incredible story with the group shortly after. After 24 hours of labor, she welcomed her daughter, Faith, in an empowering unmedicated home water birth in Ventura, California.

Hey everyone!

Our baby is here!! Wanted to introduce you all to Faith! 🥳🥳  Faith was born on April 8 at 1:55 am in our home in Ventura, California. It was a 24 hr labor journey that ended in a water birth that was empowering and transformational. 💕🙏 We had planned for a home birth but definitely took longer than expected. Being in water was such a huge relief for me as the birth got closer. Breathing and making sounds to match the intensity of the surges was my go to throughout the day.
